TERMS OF USE

Dear users, welcome to the Phytoremedy doo internet portal  – www.phytoremedy.rs (hereinafter phytoremedy.rs).

Below is the Rulebook on the Portal use and all important information on the registration method, ordering and payment from the phytoremedy.rs website.

We emphasize that all our products are registered by the Ministry of Health. All of them have a declaration in Serbian with the Ministry of Health’s recommendation for use, which may differ on some products from the dosing method on the original product. Each declaration states the registration number of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia under which the case was filed in the ministry.

  1. ORDERING

The procedure and purchase and sale conditions on the phytoremedy.rs online sales point are defined by the following parameters: order, payment, sending goods and delivery.

All prices are expressed in dinars (RSD) including VAT.

  • Ordering preparations through the website

Ordering phytoremedy.rs preparations through online sales is possible 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

Preparations are ordered by electronically selecting a specific product (item) and adding it to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.

The preparation is considered ordered at the moment when the customer finally confirms the order by clicking on the button “Confirm order” in the last step on the page for sending the order.

Phytoremedy doo is obliged to deliver all ordered products that are in stock at the time of ordering.

If Phytoremedy doo is not able to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the buyer of the preparation regarding the ordered preparation replacement or the order cancellation, by e-mail or by telephone. All other products ordered will be delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Phytoremedy doo is not responsible to the customer for any kind of possible damage due to the inability to deliver any of the ordered products.

2.2. Ordering preparations by phone

If for any reason you are unable to place an order through the website, you can also do so by phone at +381 69 660 033, on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 

  1. PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

3.1. Payment

All orders from our website can be paid by cash on delivery to the POSTEXPRESS courier service when delivering the order.

POSTEXPRESS charges a commission of 1% on the redemption amount.

3.2. Shipment of goods

The ordered preparations will be packed in accordance with the courier service rules, so that cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. Phytoremedy doo is not responsible for any loss or possible damage caused by circumstances beyond the control of the courier service provider.

3.3. Delivery of goods

Delivery is made by the POSTEXPRESS courier service.

Preparation delivery is made exclusively on the Republic of Serbia territory  by courier service, to the customer’s address.

The product is not delivered during public holidays.

The usual delivery time is within 2 working days from the notification of our sales department about the order confirmation.

Phytoremedy doo is not responsible for any damage caused by a delay in the preparation delivery by the courier service to the end customer.

  1. RECLAMATIONS
  • Complaints about damage in transport

It is very important that you immediately report any damage during transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the preparations to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the product.

If you notice such damage, do not sign for the shipment receipt or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.

  • Complaints about data or the wrong preparation type

If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered preparation does not correspond to the one ordered or the information on the invoice is not correct, please call us at +381 69 66 00 33 or send e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone) to e-mail info@phytoremedy.rs and describe what kind of problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer’s reported complaint and will inform you about further action. The deadline for resolving a complaint is 15 days from the moment it is reported.

  1. PURCHASE CANCELLATION
  • Shipment cancellation

The customer can cancel any shipment without charging additional costs, if the preparation has not already been sent. If you have received the shipment, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, but only if you have not opened and consumed the product. In that case, in accordance with the law, you bear the postage costs, and we, as a merchant, are obliged to return the money you paid within 8 days from the day of receipt. We emphasize that with the preparation, you must return the receipt, which you received in the box with the preparation, as well as the completed complaint form with your signature.

If there are visible damages on the box when receiving the shipment, the consumer is obliged to look at the product and if it is damaged, to call the courier who delivered the order or our contact phone number +381 69 660 033 so that the courier can make a report and collect the damaged order.

If you have opened an order and there is a defect or it does not contain the preparation you ordered, call us, we will take over the wrong order as soon as possible and send you the desired preparations at our expense.

If the non-conformity occurs within six months from the transfer date of risk to the consumer, it is assumed that the non-conformity existed at the time of risk transfer, unless this contradicts the nature of the goods and the non-conformity nature.

Proof of the transfer date of risk, an invoice has been issued for the goods purchased through the online store.

  • Purchase cancellation

If you want to cancel the purchase, you can do so in a free form letter with your information and why the reclamation is being made. Send everything together with the invoice copy to the email info@ phytoremedy.rs.

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the day of purchase. The buyer of new food – supplements does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase if he has opened (damaged) the product, which is correct within the valid period.

Upon complaint receipt, Phytoremedy doo is obliged to respond to the consumer in writing or electronically without delay, and no later than within eight days from the day of the complaint receipt.

The response to a consumer complaint contains a decision whether to accept the complaint, a statement on the consumer’s request and a specific proposal and deadline for resolving the complaint.

If there are objective reasons for not being able to satisfy the consumer’s request within the agreed deadline, we are obliged to specify the deadline by which we will resolve it and inform the consumer about it.

We will first try to remove the defect, if we cannot remove it we will replace it with a new product. If you are still not satisfied, we will refund your money.

The consumer does not have the right to complain if the defect in the preparation was caused by his fault.
